How do I choose the right products for my skin?

Each product page states the skin type and concerns a formula is designed for. Start with the four-step framework on our Build Your Regimen page — cleanse, treat, hydrate and protect — and select within each step based on your skin type. If you are still unsure, contact us and we will help you narrow it down.

Are your products fragrance-free?

Several True Regimen products are formulated without added fragrance to reduce the risk of irritation, which is particularly important for sensitive and reactive skin. Where a product is fragrance-free or paraben-free, it is noted on the product page.

Can True Regimen products be used together?

Yes. The range is designed to work as a system. Apply products from thinnest to richest texture, and introduce active treatments one at a time so you can monitor how your skin responds.

Do you offer professional guidance?

True Regimen is the proprietary line of Ganger Dermatology. Our team can help you choose products, but our guidance does not replace a consultation. For a diagnosis or a personalized treatment plan, please see a dermatologist or other qualified clinician.

How long until I see results?

Skincare works gradually. Hydration and comfort can improve quickly, while changes in texture, tone and fine lines typically take several weeks of consistent use. Product pages note realistic timeframes where relevant.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $99 within the United States. A flat rate applies to orders below that threshold. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Standard delivery within the United States usually takes three to seven business days after dispatch.

What is your return policy?
