Refund policy

We want you to be confident in every True Regimen purchase. If a product isn't right for you, we're glad to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products may be returned new, or gently used if your skin did not agree with a formula — skincare is personal, and we understand a product sometimes has to be tried to be judged. Items must be returned with their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email care@trueregimen.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@trueregimen.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Exclusions

Items marked final sale and gift cards cannot be returned. For your safety, we cannot accept returns of products that are visibly contaminated or unsealed beyond reasonable trial use.
