True Regimen is formulated the way a dermatologist would prescribe: a focused set of evidence-backed actives, meaningful concentrations, and a deep respect for the skin barrier. No hype. No long INCI lists for theatre. Just the molecules that do the work.

What's in the formulas

You'll see the same well-studied actives recur across the range. Each does one job clearly.

  • Hyaluronic Acid — a humectant that binds water in the skin to plump and smooth the look of fine lines. Anchors Quench.
  • Niacinamide — vitamin B3; supports the barrier and helps improve the look of tone and texture. Anchors Lush; supporting role in Quench.
  • Salicylic Acid (BHA) — exfoliates within the pore; refines texture and clarity. Anchors Refine Peel Pads; supporting role in Cloud 9 Foamy.
  • Lactic Acid (AHA) — gentle surface exfoliation plus mild hydration. In both Cloud 9 cleansers.
  • Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Ferulic Acid Ester — antioxidant trio that defends against environmental stress and supports a more even-looking complexion. In Glow Kit and both UV Armor sunscreens.
  • Ceramides + Barrier Lipids (fatty acid, cholesterol) — reinforce the skin's own protective layer. Anchors Lush; in Glow.
  • Zinc Oxide + Titanium Dioxide — mineral filters for broad-spectrum physical sun protection. 14% zinc oxide in UV Armor Tinted.
  • Peptides — anti-aging support; firmer, smoother-looking skin. In Quench and Glow Kit.
  • Benzoyl Peroxide USP (5% / 10%) — antibacterial; targets acne-causing bacteria. The one active in Benzoyl Peroxide Wash.
  • Low-dose Retinoid + TCA — gentle resurfacing pair. In Revive (Glow Kit).
  • Evodiox + Allantoin — calming actives for sensitive and reactive skin. In Balance cleansers.

What's not in the formulas

  • Fragrance-free across Lush, Balance Foamy, Balance Creamy, both UV Armor sunscreens, and others where called out on the product page.
  • Paraben-free, propylene-glycol-free in Lush.
  • Soap-free in Balance Creamy Cleanser.
  • Chemical sunscreen filters entirely absent from UV Armor Tinted — fully physical block.
  • Preservative-free formulation in both UV Armor sunscreens.

How we think about layering

Effective skincare is sequence, not stacking. Actives that earn their place in your routine should be introduced one at a time, then layered thinnest-to-richest, AM and PM, in a way your skin can sustain.
