Shipping policy

The following describes how True Regimen orders are processed and shipped.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $99. A flat-rate shipping charge applies to orders below that amount and is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Order tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipment confirmation email. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at care@trueregimen.com.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once shipped, and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, reach out to care@trueregimen.com and we will help track it down and resolve the issue.
