True Regimen is the proprietary skincare line of Ganger Dermatology, a dermatology practice where the question of what to put on your skin is answered every day.
Built inside a dermatology practice
True Regimen did not begin as a brand. It began as a clinical need. Patients consistently asked the same questions: which products genuinely work, which are safe for reactive skin, and which are simply marketing. The practice wanted formulas it could recommend without reservation, so it developed its own.
The result is a focused line of dermatologist-developed products, built on clinical-grade actives and a respect for the skin barrier. What was once an in-practice recommendation is now a standalone brand, available to anyone who wants skincare grounded in dermatology rather than trend.
What guides us
- Evidence first. We formulate around actives the research supports, at concentrations chosen to perform.
- Respect the barrier. Effective skincare should never come at the cost of a compromised barrier. Our formulas support skin, not strip it.
- Honest positioning. Every product states clearly what it does and who it is for. We do not promise miracles.

We are continuing to expand the range thoughtfully. New formulas join True Regimen only when they meet the same clinical standard as the rest.
